Reject Evil, Rejoice with the Truth

Have you ever been happy when someone else gets in trouble or angry when they get something good and you don’t? Or what about taking part in something we know is wrong? Sometimes it is really hard to do the right thing or to be happy for someone when they get what we want. This week we are going to hear about putting others first by rejoicing with the good in their lives and not taking part in bad decisions.

In 1 Corinthians 13, we have heard that love is patient, kind, and not jealous, boastful, rude and does not get upset with others. And we even saw how we can apply these to our lives. This week we are going to take a look at verse 6, “…love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.”
